Nifty stocks recently turned bearish

There are bearish stocks whose closing prices are below 200 DMA (Daily Moving Average) but above 50 DMA. That is, medium term bullishness is exhibited but may be resisted at 200 DMA level. We may watch out for breakout above that level when the stock may be turned bullish long term. But if again the prices fall below 50 DMA it may augur high degree of weakness and precipitous falls.

Weakly Bearish Nifty Stocks

There are bearish stocks whose closing prices are below 200 DMA (Daily Moving Average) but above 50 DMA. That is, medium term bullishness is exhibited but may be resisted at 200 DMA level. We may watch out for breakout above that level when the stock may be turned bullish long term. But if again the prices fall below 50 DMA it may augur high degree of weakness and precipitous falls.

Stocks having prices below both 200 DMA and 50 DMA and 50 DMA being below 200 DMA are weakest stocks and most bearish. Perhaps they may be suitable and marked for bottom fishing but only after genuine upthrust and breakout.

Stocks which are above 50 D.M.A (Daily Moving Average) exhibit medium term bullishness.

Weakly Bullish Nifty Stocks

Stocks whose closing prices are above both 50 and 200 DMA (Daily Moving Average)may be classified as highly bullish stocks.
Stocks that are bullish but consolidating and weakly bullish are those whose current prices are above 200 DMA level but below 50 DMA level.

Nifty Junior Stocks weakly bearish

Stocks when prices are below 200 MA but above 50 MA shows that there is medium term bullishness due to higher highs registered by the counter. Slight grey area stocks which may get hite at 200 MA level, so one has to look for break down below 50 MA or sell on rises till a clear long term bullishness arises.

Stocks whose prices are below both 200 and 50 DMA levels are listed here. Of course, sometimes stocks which was split due to bonus shares etc. also may find place here as these MA levels are unadjusted. Those cases will be rare and can be easily identified by seeing the price levels for e.g. just half reduction on one day etc. If you are certain that there is no stock split, stay away from the stocks until confirmed higher are made.
